Shipping & Return Policy
At Krida, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Policy
Custom Uniform Shipping: All custom uniforms are subject to 3-4 weeks of manufacturing time and 10 days of shipping.
Regular Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to clubs for their bulk orders.
Express International Shipping: If club needs their order sooner, express shipping is available for an additional fee, ensuring delivery within 5 days after dispatch. Please contact us to arrange express shipping on bulk orders.
Production & Turnaround Time: Our turnaround time for custom orders is 3–4 working weeks. This includes manufacturing and quality checks before dispatch.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping: For international orders, additional shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) may apply. Please check with us before placing an order.
Shipping Time in stock items: Products that are off the shelf will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Flat rate shipping or Express shipping available for these products.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns on Custom Kits: As all our custom sportswear is made to order, we do not accept returns on custom kits.
Pre-Production Approval: Customers must carefully check and approve all designs, colors, and sizes before production begins. Once the artwork is approved, we proceed with production, and no modifications can be made.
Color Variations: Please note that digital images may slightly differ from the final printed product due to fabric texture and printing processes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations are normal.
Issue Resolution: We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects or issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work closely with you to find a resolution.
