Terms And Conditions

1. Order & Payment

Orders are confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.
Payment details and terms will be outlined in the generated invoice.
Any changes to an order must be requested before production begins. Changes after approval may not be accommodated.

2. Production & Delivery

Our standard production time for large orders is 3–4 working weeks. This includes manufacturing and quality checks before dispatch.
Regular shipping is free. Express shipping is available for an additional charge, ensuring delivery within 5 days after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or additional shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

3. Product Customization & Approval

All custom kits are made-to-order, and returns are not accepted.
Customers must review and approve all artwork, designs, colors, and sizes before production begins.
Digital images may slightly differ from the final printed product due to screen displays and fabric printing variations.

4. Returns & Issue Resolution

As all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Krida and may not be used without permission.
Customers submitting custom logos or designs must ensure they have the right to use them. Krida is not responsible for copyright infringements on customer-provided content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Krida is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping disruptions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect sizing or design errors after customer approval.

7. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment and communication.
We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

8. Amendments & Updates

Krida reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
